Clear boundaries for using Funl.
These terms cover the public Funl website, demonstration surfaces and access to the Funl service. Commercial customer terms may also be set out in a separate order, proposal or agreement.

The public website and demonstration experience are provided to explain Funl. Demo metrics and examples are illustrative unless a surface clearly identifies them as real production evidence.
Authorised service access
Protected Funl areas are for authorised users only. You must not attempt to bypass identity, organisation, entitlement, tenant-isolation or other access controls, and you must keep credentials and access devices appropriately protected.
Acceptable use
Do not use Funl to interfere with systems, introduce malicious code, probe unauthorised tenants, submit unlawful content, overload the service or collect data you do not have a lawful basis to process. Customer event names and payloads must stay within the bounded product interfaces supplied for them.
Analytics and interpretation
Funl presents observed analytics and commercial evidence. Correlations, opportunity flags and intervention comparisons are not guarantees of cause, future revenue or business outcomes. Users remain responsible for business decisions made from the evidence.
Intellectual property
Funl branding, product design and original product material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party software and photography remain subject to their respective licences. The image credits page records the marketing photography currently used by this site.
Availability and change
Features may change as Funl develops. Preview, pilot and demonstration capabilities may be modified, gated or withdrawn. Production access, support levels, data-retention commitments and paid-service obligations are governed by any applicable customer agreement.
Commercial agreements
If you have a signed Funl customer agreement, order form or other negotiated terms, those terms prevail to the extent they conflict with this public website notice. Viewing the website or demo alone does not create a paid customer relationship.
